Diamond Terrace is a condo complex located in the East Village neighborhood of Downtown San Diego. Below the condo portion of the building there are leased commercial spaces. Those commercial spaces include a 24hour 7/11 store, Basic Pizza Kitchen and a Sub Shop. Diamond Terrace was built in 1979 by Park View LTP. It may be one of the older residences in the East Village but it has some of the best views around, including views directly into Petco Park. Many residences include granite countertops, full size stacked washer and dryers, dual glazed windows and deck doors for temperature and sound insulation, and exterior decks and terraces.
